Class structure & Traning Programs

Our classes are based around strength training, condition, mobility, power and functional training.

Our classes bring out the athlete in every member. ELITE participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members, no matter how fit, to get out of their comfort zone. In our 30 minute sessions we get you warmed up, heart rate pumping and calories burning while maintaining quality reps and sets!
