Get the Glow: a New Way to Increase your Core Energy

People ask me all the time how they can get the glow.  Well, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, a vital energy called qi (pronounced chi) circulates throughout our entire body. Qi is the life current, and their entire traditional medicinal practice revolves around addressing qi imbalances and blockages that result in illness and pain. The purpose of many postures and training techniques in martial arts is similar – they are ways to build core qi energy. The 80 year-old master who can still kick everybody’s ass is not a myth. When you build your life current, your body stays vital – you absorb nutrients better, your cells function better and they produce more energy.

That’s why I’ve started taking Protein Extreme Energy daily – it’s a natural supplement designed to do exactly the same thing: increase your life current, or your vital qi energy. For those of you not practicing martial arts, it’s a good way to get your qi flowing and get more core energy for life. If you are doing some form of qi cultivation technique, try this and witness the added power it gives you. The extra current and power I feel in practice has been truly amazing.
