Improve Athletic Performance: Faster and More Complete Recuperation
June 9, 2010 – 2:07 pm | No Comment

Fast and complete recuperation are two of the most important elements of improving your athletic performance – especially if you run a hard training schedule. Faster recuperation means you don’t fall behind: you can fit more training sessions in, and you’re not out of commission for a week or two after a big event. More complete recuperation means your training sessions will be more productive: you’re body is stronger and more fully healed, ready to push harder. And if you can train harder and more often without suffering the negative consequences of over training, your performance will improve, along with your general well-being.

I couldn’t be more proud of my cousin Tara. This article does not even begin to explore all the achievements Tara has accomplished at such a young age. I am very proud of her as is everyone that comes to meet this talented, brilliant and humorous young lady. Congrats girl, you deserve the world!

The picture does not due Tara justice (No legal pun intended). During these track events the competition was always watching if learning how she gets her stride and speed. The younger women watch in awe and you can see the motivation building in them. The guys, their jaws just dropped when the gun went off.

I have met Tara and I always want to get moving when we are done talking. If you need someone who can lead by example, Tara is the trainer you want.

    See you next spring!
