The Most Remarkable Change has been in the Recovery after Hard Runs

OK, this protein is outstanding! I’m very very careful with what I eat as I follow a 75% raw food diet, so I can teClaire photoll pretty quickly any difference in performance when I try something new – which I do often, as I own a health food store in NYC. So I’m lucky enough to be a guinea pig for new, pure food supplements.

So this protein has made a noticeable difference in my performance.
