Improve Athletic Performance: Faster and More Complete Recuperation
June 9, 2010 – 2:07 pm | No Comment

Fast and complete recuperation are two of the most important elements of improving your athletic performance – especially if you run a hard training schedule. Faster recuperation means you don’t fall behind: you can fit more training sessions in, and you’re not out of commission for a week or two after a big event. More complete recuperation means your training sessions will be more productive: you’re body is stronger and more fully healed, ready to push harder. And if you can train harder and more often without suffering the negative consequences of over training, your performance will improve, along with your general well-being.

No Artificial Sweeteners, No Additives, No Superfluous Chemicals

I have a degree from the Academy of Natural Health Sciences. I work as a personal trainer and also as a clinicShanel al nutritionist and buyer for a retail pharmacy. The products that I stock in my store (and the products that I recommend to my customers) are the ones I would use myself. I am a big believer in products that are clean and very pure (no artificial sweeteners, no additives, no superfluous chemicals). And the quality has to be good.

I am also a fitness competitor. In 2007, I competed in the International Natural Bodybuilding Federation competition. I have since appeared in Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Magazine twice, once in 2008 and again in 2009.

For the past 3 months, I’ve been using Protein Extreme Energy one to two times a day. I’ve used protein powders before but none have given me the results I needed like Protein Extreme Energy. With Protein Extreme Energy, I build lean muscle mass and I feel great.
